DRS reviews: counts and umpire's call

Each team gets 2 unsuccessful reviews per innings in T20s and ODIs, and 3 per innings in Tests. Crucially, on UMPIRE'S CALL the on-field decision stands AND the reviewing team KEEPS its review — you only lose a review when the challenge clearly fails. The third umpire uses ball-tracking, UltraEdge/Snicko audio, and Hot Spot. LBW review logic: an OUT decision is overturned by an INSIDE EDGE (ball touched bat first) or tracking showing the ball missing or umpire's-call-margin on the stumps; a NOT OUT stands unless tracking shows all three red (pitching, impact, and hitting). 'Missed the bat' can never overturn an LBW out — LBW assumes the bat missed it.
